The client currently has ZMQ socket for param and led ring activated by default. This causes Windows to pop-up a firewall screen and might contribute to a but in the mac app (see #231) since it prevents running 2 client at the same time.

There should be option to enable these 2 ZMQ sockets and they should be disabled by default.
