Changed the 'Target vs Actual' columns to 'Gamepad Input' and 'State Estimate' columns in the flight-control tab. Also added logging of x and y from the estimator, instead of only z as before. This pull request is done because of bitcraze#408.

The labels are also changed to Velocity X/Y/Z, when the crazyflie is flying with assist-mode on.
This pull request is done because of #408.
