Updates

  1. Fix chrX / Y swap in Terra JSON templates from Integrate GATK SVCluster into ClusterBatch #346
  2. Rather than continuing to update the output JSON template for GatherBatchEvidence for Terra, rename the ploidy outputs of GatherBatchEvidence to make their names unique in the Terra sample_set data table and delete the output JSON template

Testing

Womtool validation of all WDLs & JSONs, validation of Terra JSONs, visual inspection of Terra workspace data TSVs in Excel
