…ore, Add new method in OnboardingManager "nextUnfinishedStep" which returns the next unfinished step or null if all is completed, added a middleware example in the README.

Added nextUnfinishedStep method in OnboardingManager, fixed filename typo, added a middleware example to the readme, includes tests for the new feature.
