How to test

Docker build check

1. update the NPM packages with $ yarn
2. $ yarn docker:build
3. no build errors should be present ( beyond yarn package warnings =) )
4. $ yarn docker:run
5. "hello world" and docs should be available
   • http://localhost:5000/hello/world
   • http://localhost:5000/docs/
