Summary | Résumé
This PR updates the security check done when a template is created. Before the template categories feature, the system would ensure all templates are created using the
BULKprocess type - only admins can set a different one.With template categories, the new default will be to use the process type of the category associated with the template. Any other value will result in an HTTP 403 status code.
