Updates the grafana dashboard according to our latest Holesky setup.
Note: the datasource is the default Prometheus server and it's set as
{}in thebolt-sidecar.jsondashboard file. When updating this dashboard, we should remember to set this to an empty object again.Note: cadvisor stats not working because it is not running on the devnet. For now it's fine.
