A fix for the Array.multi_index bug is expected from TileDB later this week. Once available, apply the fix and revert the workaround.

Definition of Done

  • upgrade explorer and data portal with the fixed version of TileDB-Py (>0.10.0)
  • revert workaround added by PRs 58, 60
  • retest diffexp using the human cell landscape dataset
