Multi-app Docker setup with common config (forever in progress)

This provides building blocks with Docker:

1. Standalone application (hint - start from blank-slate-fe-container)
2. Multiple containers, shared configurations.
3. Multiple containers, shared library with HMR.
4. Multiple containers with shared module and can redirect to another through a proxy.
