Updated dashboard Process Explorer file downloads panels

🗣 Description

There were 2 panels that were modified. Files created in downloads folder and Files created in downloads folder over time. The first panel was not reporting any data so changes were made to query and filters to bring in relevant data. The second panel was showing same data as first panel with file created timestamp in descending order so it was removed. The visualization of the panel was changed to data table to show files that were downloaded.

💭 Motivation and context

The panels on the dashboard did not return any data.

Modified the search query and filters to bring in relevant data.

🧪 Testing

The dashboard was tested by refreshing the browser and navigating to the Dashboard from home screen to ensure it renders all panels appropriately.
