Hey @paulchauvet! Sorry that you're having these issues. I'd be happy to help. Can you send me your error logs? If you go to View and then Toggle Developer tools, then send me what is in the console tab that will help us to diagnose this issue. Thank you. |

My apologies for the delayed reply!
As requested, I've started the application, toggled the developer tools, but the console window ends up empty. I've tried it twice one one system (Win 11) and once on another system (Win 1) and even with the "Verbose" option it shows as blank.
Note: We were able to get the 'enterprise' version of CSET working on a server earlier this week, so it isn't a huge deal. Not sure if I'm the only one who had the above issue, so still happy to provide any info I can on it. If I'm the only one, then don't worry on my account.

Hello all,
I'm trying to get CSET running but having issues. I installed "CSETStandAlone.exe" and after installation when I open the application it sits at "Initializing CSET" for a few minutes, and then says "An error occurred while starting the application" with an Exit button.
I've tried installing it on two different systems (one Windows 10 and one Windows 11), and I've tried to run it as an admin, but to no avail.
I apologize if I'm missing something obvious, but if you have any ideas I'd appreciate it.
