    Rubinius:

    - use Trusty for Rubinius as per:
      https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/languages/ruby/
      rubinius/rubinius#3717 (comment)

    - remove obsolete Rubinius version (rbx-19mode) as per:
      https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/languages/ruby/

    - use the recommended Rubinius version (rbx):
      travis-ci/docs-travis-ci-com#740

    - allow Rubinius tests to fail due to Travis/RVM issues and
      incompatibility with Rake:
      vmg/redcarpet#580
      ruby/rake#150

MRI:

    - remove end-of-life Ruby versions (1.9, 2.0)

    - update test to remove reference to obsolete constant
      (Fixnum) in Ruby 2.4

Misc:

    - update dev dependencies
    - move rake from default to test/development groups
