For clearmatics/mobius#18 This change is necessary to remove the construction of a dynamically sized array which is then hashed, by instead hashing the parameters in a way which preserves the random oracle model

Replaces secp256k1 with bn256.g1 by re-implementing CurvePoint.
This requires the
bn256repository to be published, which includes minor modifications to allow access to bn256.P and the underlying point for validity tests.secp256k1 support has been saved in a branch: https://github.com/clearmatics/orbital/tree/HarryR/secp256k1
