wrong file perm for datasources/ansible.yml

Hi,

File is created with the default umask for root and can't be read by grafana.

[root@dadplx120 datasources]# ls -la
total 8
drwxr-xr-x. 2 root grafana   44 Aug 29 09:14 .
drwxr-xr-x. 4 root grafana   43 Aug 29 08:50 ..
-rw-------. 1 root grafana  164 Aug 29 09:14 ansible.yml
-rw-r-----. 1 root grafana 1505 Aug 29 08:50 sample.yaml
