Fix incorrect readme text and broken links #264

The readme contained incorrect or irrelevant information, consider that the 'getting started' guide immediately explains about jquery, and then the text starts to mention jquery file upload.

This PR re-orders the content in the readme, making it easier to navigate and read.

What was fixed:

  • All pkgs had reference to some 'other' repo for issues - however, it's the same repo
  • Fixed readme structure to make more sense, and point to the pkg readmes where needed
  • Remove links to deprecated github repositories
