Add bash scripts, update git submodules

what

  • Update git submodules
  • Add all terraform modules in submodules
  • Add script, which updates terraform submodules
  • Add script, which compile README.md in terraform submodules
  • Add script, which creates pr in all changed terraform modules

why

  • Automatization of updating README.md
