Convert inputs to full objects with optional attributes

This is a work in progress. So far, only lifecycle_configuration_rules and cors_configuration have been converted, and they trigger a crash in Terraform.

what

• Convert inputs with type any or with type object that should have optional attributes but do not to type object with optional attributes

why

• Allows inputs that only specify values where needed. Particularly helpful when the input is a list, as it relaxes the requirement that all list elements be the exact same type, by giving an explicit type for them to be converted to rather than an inferred type, which does not allow for missing elements.
