Test image, updated from Master

Pulled GPS development change from cyoung Master, based on v1.5b1+

Filesystem is around 4.2G, and does not auto expand on DietPi, so you will need to expand manually if you want to make use of larger SD card space.

Test image, DietPi, go 1.11, WiringPi update

Supports Pi 3B+, Stretch based, 8Gb card may be required, full development image with stratux Master from 10/13/18.

Tested with Pi 3B+, ublox8 USB GPS, 978/1090 SDRs, AHRS.
fancontrol not tested, script may not be configured. Screen support not setup.

Tested on Pi Zero W, running. Under heavy load, saw a case of GPS/AHRS dropout (2 SDRs, GPS, AHRS installed.)

Tested on Pi 3B, running.
