Thanks for this, there are many magic numbers in Cbc and replacing them is one of the things on the TODO list from the unfinished effort to refactor parts of Cbc: #374. If you want to help with any of this, I would be happy to create a new branch to continue the work. It has been on hold for quite some time as I try to find some bandwidth to work on it again (or find help). |
