Here is the submission of the code for team Devisa for the competition.
The main code is hosted in a separate public repository, but is included as a Git submodule here, I hope that's alright, otherwise I can copy it over as required. The folder contains a README file that explains how to reproduce the results from the project. More details can be found in the README file inside the source-code directory.
If there is anything else that I have missed, please let me know, but I think this should be everything.
Also note that the reproduction process has only been tested on Ubuntu 18.04.6 and 22.04.1, however, I believe it should work on any machine as long as it is POSIX compliant, and make, wget, and Docker is installed.
