Hi @valgur, splunk-opentelemetry-cpp is reaching the end of life.
Let's see if the CI can get fixed, but it may be more important to add the lastest version of opentelemetry-cpp which is maintained, https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-cpp/releases/tag/v1.16.1

As soon as the version conflict gets merged in #24869, it will be nice to add the newest version
