The first major version release should satisfy the following:

• Consistent simplification of EVD-based methods
• New layers and coordinate systems spun off to {gggda} & added as a dependency
• Consistent and coherent guidance (in code and in documentation) of interpolative versus predictive axes, referential stats, and appropriate ordination models.
