You can only resume a subscription when it has been set to cancel at the period end, but hasn't actually been canceled yet.

You can only resume a subscription when it has been set to cancel at the period end, but hasn't actually been canceled yet.
This makes things easier for Craftnet, but I'm adding is as a draft because it's currently a bit weird UI-wise. Because a webhook comes in and actually updates the element there's a bit of a delay between clicking the button and when the element will reflect the change. I'd like to smooth that out before we merge this in.
