Coolix: Improve Sensor(ZoneFollow) and add Vane Step support. (#1340)

* Increase sensor temp range.
* using `setSensorTemp()` now correctly sets up ZoneFollow mode.
* ZoneFollow mode detection.
* Misc code cleanup.
* Refactor code to use bit fields.
* Additional & updated Unit tests.
* Add support for fan vane step commands.

Fixes #1318
