Fix broken conversion functions.

* Include previously discarded conversion functions. * Configure field rename conversions for the hub versions, if necessary, so that field renaming conversion would be effective. * Replace buggy Upjet identity converter with ours. Signed-off-by: Cem Mergenci <[email protected]>
