I can confirm the Cartesi Machine template hash and the Cartesi Node image hash are the same, when building with Cartesi CLI 0.15.0 or 0.16.0. Cartesi CLI 0.16.0 adds a
--jsonoption to thecartesi deploy buildcommand, which allows us to automate the build process for the Cartesi Node image.
