Add "Фича" and "Шаблон примера" as more convenient translations

Add support for way more popular translations of "Feature" and "Scenario outlet" in Russian language. In 99% of cases we just say "фича" which is anglicism of "feature". Also, it's more convenient way to say "Шаблон примера" ("template of the example") instead of literal "Структура сценария". Nobody speaks that way expect some BDD-evangelists. Such foreign terms are not part of our ubiquitous language.

Not sure if I did it correctly as I'm to lazy to use VPN for https://cucumber.io/, it gives me 403. It looks like most of the files are autogenerated.

I'm not quite sure how to fix the tests. Command source ./scripts/functions.sh && rsync_files gives

fatal: Invalid path '/Users/unkind/www/**': No such file or directory

In the root of the project there is a make file. You can run make docker-run to get a container in which everything works.
