Initial public release

First ensure you've installed BepInEx, ValheimLib, and the HookGen patcher. Then simply drag SurtlingHelm.dll into your BepInEx/plugins folder where Valheim is installed. After playing once, a config file SurtlingHelm.cfg will appear in BepInEx/config. Edit values in that file in order to change damage and cost for the helm.
