Slightly more detailed instructions. I myself was stuck for a while because I hadn't cloned the submodule
ext/libdeflate. I also think it's not obvious that a C compiler is required to build this package.The lines for setting up a virtual environment and install in editable mode are really useful, but the activation command is different in Windows so I tried to clarify that.
