One of the core goals of the new operator is to provide better integration with KubeFlow. The operator works but this integration is not yet complete.

Given that we have submitted some talks to conferences about Dask on KubeFlow this needs to be completed before we can deliver those. The first one I'm tracking is MLOps World Toronto on June 7-10 (with the talk provisionally scheduled for the 8th).
