feat: support otel context propagation for databend-query

1. support to parse opentelemetry traceparent header to retrieve parent trace context on http handler
2. support to parse baggage header for distributed context propagation
3. add go driver example for how to realize distributed tracing using native go driver with databend

Demo:

iteration and username are baggages added by driver
