fix(resolver): Allow users to add/remove related terms for children glossary terms

Defect:

Users with MANAGE_GLOSSARY_CHILDREN privilege were not able to add/remove Related Terms in a Glossary Term.

Hi,
I am just wondering if this issue has an ETA for the fix?
Several users in my organization have been reported this issue recently and we were investigating if it was on our setup, but I noticed it now this is a bug require fixing.
