Change order inside Polish month matching pattern #1404

These three Polish dates currently cannot be correctly parsed due to a bug inside the month matching regular expression pattern:

  • 11 maja 2018 (matches only maj)
  • 11 października 2018 (matches only październik)
  • 11 listopada 2018 (matches only listopad)

Those three dates would yield the Invalid Date error when trying to parse them. It can be easily fixed by changing the order of months inside the matchMonthPatterns.wide regular expression, so that the formatted month name would be before the regular name.
