Suggest using pipx in the README

Hello,

In some Linux distributions, such as Debian or Void Linux, the python environment is managed and we can't install Python packages with the regular pip

• Some popular packages are installable via apt (for Debian) or xbps-install (Void Linux)
• Other must be installed using pipx

I think it would be useful to mention the pipx way of installing C 42 Formatter in the README
Also the offical norminette mentions pipx (that's how I learned about this)
