Newly create mailboxes are not subscribed #448

Newly created mailbox via createMailbox() method is not subscribed. There are no methods to subscribe. Please either add within createMailbox() method to subscribe to mailbox after creation or create a separate method to subscribe / unsubscribe to a specific mailbox.
