Linode StackScript - Drupal Aegir

Builds an Aegir install according to the instructions here: http://git.aegirproject.org/?p=provision.git;a=blob_plain;f=INSTALL.txt;hb=eb6a25d49f70db0afb8502bd6fce795a3fee5e8a

NOTE: The aegir setup script has a Yes No prompt in it that I did not know how to avoid.  Use the LISH console to monitor this StackScript and press 'y' when prompted.
