Fixes #10654

Status

ready

Description

Fixes are:

  • PrimaryDataset was "broken" in the StepChain template
  • PrepID was not set according to the comments field in the TaskChain template

TODO:

  • DMWM/SC_6Steps_Scratch is having 100% failure rate at cmsRun4 (some CMSSW module decided to start crashing)
  • DMWM/TC_6Tasks_Scratch is having the same problem, at task4
  • other random failures here and there

Is it backward compatible (if not, which system it affects?)
