• depends on DDC-3544: [GH-1288] Hotfix - #1169 - extra lazy one to many must be no-op when not doing orphan removal
• is required for DDC-3343: PersistentCollection::removeElement schedules an entity for deletion when relationship is EXTRA_LAZY, with orphanRemoval false.
