@dibarbet removed these packages from the extension in dotnet/vscode-csharp#6983 so I figure there is no point building them (also, guaranteed I would forget to manually delete them before doing an insertion, and would get build errors 😛)

VSCode dropped support for win 32bit a while back. Now the marketplace is blocking this extension platform from being uploaded.
