For hunspell, the custom dictionary format is defined at
https://www.systutorials.com/docs/linux/man/4-hunspell/
which essentially declares a wordlist with allowed affixes based on the affix list.

Not sure where to document this properly or cover in more depth. I think that should be done with implementing learning - manual or interactive.
