Some observation result calculation formula can have other observation results as well for this,
check Based on Condition and Formula and add the formula in Formula field as shown in the picture below.

In the below case, whenever Observations Test A and Test B have results saved , Observation Test A + Test B will have the calculated result.

As abbreviations (Abbr) age is also a supported keyword in formula.
Conditions are supported
