Add choc_v1_HS 2.25u

I'm working on a low profile PCB project and was missing the 2.25u footprint for the Choc v1 hotswap footprint; so I created one based on the existing footprints.

I thought it would be useful to include it in the library.

Hi! I was not aware anyone would use 2.25u without stabilizers, but if you deem it reasonable, I'll add it. Thanks for the commit!

Hi, thanks for merging the PR!
Actually, I do plan to use stabilizers with the 2.25; however they will be plate-mounted, so the footprint without the stabs made more sense in my opinion.
If you wish, I can also make a modification on the stabs symbol and footprint so it will be more coherent.
