Last stable release before tick EMAs are replaced with time sampled EMAs.

This is the latest stable release for passivbot. Except in case of any bug fixes, the next version will be 4.0.0.

Late tagging of 3.5.6

Since there's quite a few people that are still hanging around on 3.5, it seems like a good idea to create a tag of this specific version for easy reference and certainty.
