Added Test Cases for fox-cognito:
The poolConfig.properties keys must be set to work as intended properly.
Create a User Pool and retrieve the following information:
aws.user.pool.id=(POOL_ID)
aws.cognito.client.id=(POOL_CONSUMER_CLIENT_ID)
aws.access.key.secret=(YOUR_ACCESS_KEY_SECRET)
aws.access.key.id=(YOUR_ACCESS_KEY_ID)
