I saw #405 and figured there's probably a simple way to always get the latest version number automatically.
This just pulls the latest version number from the top of the ArgyllCMS changelog and slots it into the six lines updated in 405. I didn't find any other hardcoded references to the Argyll version number, but if there's anywhere else it's referenced or needed, the same method should work too.
