This PR introduces script that allows to convert old cassandra schema from MIM 1.6.2 to be converted to new one that will be available after merging #1117.
The script requires both source and target cassandra hosts to be at least in version 3.0. Since MIM 1.6.2 couldn't work with such recent DBMS, source backend needs to be upgraded to newer DBMS version prior to running the script.
