PR/checking what other CL clients think about it.
We deprecate
totalDifficultyand cannot use this parameter to determinate Bellatrix merge block anymore (see ethereum/execution-apis#570), so we need to keep some criteria for sync compatibility and only way is to use hash/epoch. It would be better to see it in spec config mantained by community rather than hardcode it in client individually.What do you think all?
