Description
After adding the staking withdrawals page in #580, this PR addresses the remainder of the website by finding outdated content related to withdrawals and updating with the latest information.
This content is intended to be phrased with Shanghai/Capella still in the future, with noted timing of Q1/Q2 2023. There will be a PR to follow for post-Shanghai updates, which will then rephrase content once the upgrade has officially gone live.
