@evanw It's worth noting that there are some slight deviations from other Bundlers. I'm not sure if these changes should be ignored here, but it will affect the execution of the automation script.

Summary
Rspack is a high performance Rust-based JavaScript bundler that offers strong interoperability with the webpack ecosystem[1], Having incorporated TLA (Top Level Await) support in v0.3.8, this pull request now seeks to integrate Rspack into fuzzer tests.
Recently, I have been studying the support for TLA by various Bundlers, and this repository has well solved my problem. Thanks for the great fuzzer tests ❤️.
