HATE Windows bins.

DLLs required to run HATE on Windows. Extract into your hate folder (such that bin/ is next to hate/ and init.lua), then you should be able to run luajit init.lua as anywhere else. You may need to make sure LuaJIT is in your path or to use ./luajit. The atom build should work, too.
